We go by simple rules of good service: please tell us first what you need, why you want to return a product, give us the appropriate purchase documents and send us the items back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
It's ok if the shipping package is open, or if the wrapping is open. We just need the product to be in resell able condition -that is, as good as new.
We expect any returns within 30 days of purchase.
